the staff was polite and helpful. i had no issues with the service .
my "luxury double room pool view" didn't quite live up to expectations. the mirror above the sink lacked proper lighting was nice, especially with a pipe blocking the view (a small detail, but annoying).

inclusive packageevening entertainmenthigh standardscold pool
the all-inclusive package offers great value. i particularly enjoyed the evening entertainment at paraiso, where i saw broadway-quality shows, with diverse acts. the staff consistently maintained high standards of cleanliness.
while the hotel is visually appealing, the atmosphere felt somewhat subdued. the pool's temperature (i was there in september) was surprisingly cold. these elements detracted slightly from an otherwise excellent stay.
